Christine is certified to sell Miller Heiman sales and deliver sales methodologies and this is a key component to sales performance improvement initiatives. The end of objective of these initiatives is to increase the quantity of prospects in a sales organization’s funnel while improving the quality of the interaction between the sales representative and the prospect in a B2B selling environment.
Christine has is a certified six sigma black belt and has experience using six sigma and lean principles to improve any aspect of a business. Her engagements include analyzing business indicators, identify opportunities in current business processes, implementing new business processes and more importantly, her primary objective is to transfer knowledge of process improvement methodologies to your employees and management team in a useful and applicable manner. Her engagements are designed to be sustainable within your organization, not just “flavor of the month” initiatives.
Professional Experience
Her background is unique in that her education includes an undergraduate and master’s degree in mechanical engineering. She began her career as a design engineer and was selected to pursue a six sigma blackbelt as she transitioned to a resident manufacturing engineer. She then joined a consulting firm where she was quickly promoted into a leadership position and began selling and managing the delivery of large consulting engagements to various companies. Prior to starting Leader In Motion, she was director of sales & marketing for a management consulting firm.
Her management consulting engagements included opportunities for her to work with large sales organizations to map current processes, identify non-value added processes, and implement process improvement initiatives thus reducing cost of sales and increasing value added selling time within the organization. The initiatives she led where measurable.
She also managed improvement programs within other functional areas of businesses such as customer service, international billing, domestic billing, pricing, operations, dispatch, finance, and accounting. In each of these areas, non value added process steps and gaps in skill sets were identified. After re-aligning management expectations and installing new business processes, her team worked in these organizations to sustain these changes and build a process to include continuous improvement as a regular part of daily activities. These experiences have enriched her ability to analyze process and transform people |
